My favorite juice is this!!! This was made of Japanese apricot of my grand father. Recently my mother helped to take them,so she gave it from him. When I drunk it, its taste was like Ume alcoholic drink. If you have a chance,please try it. I think it is little acid,but it's much the same as ume alcoholic drink. So sweet taste is very nice!! So I will tell you about this recipe. First we wash and dry them. Second we preserve them with suger and keep them for a week. And it will be ready!! It is easy.
